We will send your order within 15 days. Shipping fees vary due to weight.

France:

2.57€ - 6.21€

Returns

Thanks for shopping at By Coline. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the products we make. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

If you are not happy with your order, you have 2 weeks to issue a refund and return your product.

If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines: 

● The product must be in its original condition, meaning not worn or used.

● The product has to be in the packaging we sent in the first place.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

We quality control every item before packaging. However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us via the contact file within two days after you order was received. Photos will be required to prove the default. Once confirmed, the item must be received within 2 weeks. We will send you a shipping label to send your package back. Once the item received, another item will be sent.

Keep in mind that any default due to wearing or using the item is not our responsibility.

Please note:

  • Please double check your delivery details when finalising your order. We are not liable for any inaccurate delivery information provided.
  • If you fail to provide the correct delivery details, we are not required to refund you.

  • ​Any customs fees or taxes you may incur when the parcel is delivered are your responsibility.

  • If you chose to reject any customs fees and the item is returned to us, you will be liable to pay another shipping fee for us to resend the parcel to you. We cannot refund you in this instance.

  • If a parcel is successfully delivered by the shipping provider (and the tracking shows this), any queries you have relating to the delivery, once the status shows the parcel has been delivered, must be chased up with the relevant shipping provider.

  • If you miss a delivery, it is your responsibility to rearrange another delivery via the shipping provider website. By Coline is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.

  • By Coline is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
